Day Trips to Mokolodi Nature Reserve
Just 12 km south of Gaborone, Mokolodi offers self-drive safaris, rhinoceros encounters, and guided bush walks. One of Botswana's most accessible conservation areas, and a highlight for any first-time visitor. Our concierge can arrange transfers and entry.
Gaborone Game Reserve
A wildlife sanctuary within the city limits, the Gaborone Game Reserve is home to zebra, giraffe, impala, wildebeest, and a variety of bird species. A genuine bush experience without leaving the city — less than 10 minutes from the hotel.
Kgale Hill Nature Trail
Known locally as the Sleeping Giant, Kgale Hill offers a rewarding half-day hike with panoramic views over Gaborone and the surrounding landscape. The trail is accessible to most fitness levels and takes approximately two hours return.
